Settembre Cellars welcomes Chef Tim Payne of Farmer Girl to the Tasting Room for his annual pumpkin dinner. Join us for what is sure to be a magical seasonal meal artfully paired with selection of Settembre Cellars wines, to celebrate harvest and Halloween.

Course 1

Salad of roasted pumpkin, apples, arugula, Haystack Mountain Goat Dairy Queso de Mano, crostini with pumpkin chutney

Course 2

Risotto with pumpkin, Anson Mills farro, carrots, leeks, whipped ricotta

Course 3

Tagine of pumpkin, beef short ribs, spaghetti squash, couscous, pumpkin slaw

Course 4

Pumpkin cake roulade

Price for the dinner is $85 per person. All wine is included in the price of this event and will be supplied by Settembre Cellars.
