The 2011 vintage exhibits earthy elegance and spice characteristics with a long lingering finish. The wine is single-vineyard & single-varietal, however, the grapes were fermented in two different tanks, each with different yeast, as we sought to enhance mid-palate and add additional complexity. The aromatics tend slightly towards the blueberry spectrum with enhanced mid-palate. The reserve spent an additional year in neutral French Oak to enhance nuance and mouthfeel.
