2011 Reserve Sangiovese

$49.00
-+

In 2011 Sangiovese was, for the second time, our largest crush. This vintage was our most modest use of French Oak to date as we felt our Sangiovese preferred less Oak influence. At the same time a longer maceration gave structure & place. The reserve spent an additional year in neutral French Oak barrel to enhance nuance & mouthfeel.
