Boulder County gets a lot of well-deserved attention for our craft brewing scene, but over the last decade or so we’ve been witness to a fruitful local wine scene. With three winery tap rooms next to each other in North Boulder, and Augustina’s a few blocks away, folks can taste the best of Colorado wine in one afternoon. We think the best of those wineries, this year, is Settembre Cellars. They make precise wines that are born from exceptional craftsmanship, and they use only the best grapes around. Settembre specializes in single varietals, many of which you can taste at special events and dinners, or just by stopping by their Lee Hill tap room.
