Settembre Cellars welcomes Chef Guillaume, Guillaume’s European Catering, to prepare a 5 course meal featuring Savory Spice Shop blends and spices paired with Settembre Cellars Wine.

Vegetarian pairings available upon request (please let us know in advance).


First Course 
Gravad Lax, Mushroom Compote with Coffee Aioli, and Pan-fried Polenta 
Served with olive oil crostini

Second Course
Citrus Pepper Marinated Flash-Seared Scallops with Grapefruit Butter, Chives and Fleuron
